I am relocating to San Diego and need to find someone to take on my lease. You will be responsible for October 1st 2018 to February 28th 2019. 5 month lease. I have two roommates. They are both very friendly, approachable, normal and clean guys. Very intelligent guys and easy to get along with. They are very supportive and understanding of my move. I grew up with both and went to high school with them. One of them used to work at Ernst & Young in Finance and now joined a start up in operations and the other one works at Deutsche Bank in risk. The Ocean Luxury Apartments. I love my apartment. I always have. For starters, it's in an amazing location. Stone street is a 5-10 minute walk for bars/fun area. Battery park is quiet and quaint. I have never been woken up by anything for the 2.5 years I have lived here. The 4/5/6 and 1 trains are very accessible so it is easy to get around. My building has a doorman (they are all helpful and very nice). The lobby is stunning as you will see in the pictures. There is dry cleaning in the building and Rich is the most hardworking individual I have ever met. He knows every tenant (there's hundreds) and runs the whole mail room himself as well. We have a gym on the 19th floor. It definitely gets the job done. Free weights, some machines and bikes/treadmills. Our floor is renovated and the best floor in the building. I am not sure how but we got EXTREMELY lucky. Our unit is the last one before the roof deck. Literally. In addition, we have a laundry room, washer and dryer, right on our floor as well. The roof deck is one of the best views in NYC, in my opinion. There are lounge chairs, tables, and an incredible view of Battery Park, the Hudson River and Lady Liberty. Our apartment is cozy. We have two flex rooms (walls up to ceiling) and one main bedroom. You will be in one of the flex rooms. I have a window in my room, there is a window in the main bedroom and another window in the living room. We have a really nice kitchen with a dishwasher. Everything is yours to share. This includes television, Netflix, bathroom, kitchen, appliances, dishes, cups, mugs, pots and pans, etc. There is a nice couch in the living room with a TV and an ottoman. You will have access to cable (verizon fios), and Roku including HBO, Netflix and Hulu and there is also an AC unit in the apartment with both air conditioning and heat. You will have a very nice size closet. We also have a linen closet that will have some space for you. Our bathroom is very clean and nice, mirror has a very bright light on it. Sink is really cool too. In my room, you will get my dresser and light stand (I am keeping both there). My room is a decent size. You can fit a Queen Bed. The living room is great size. Its a fully furnished apartment. $1300 will cover the rent, gym, utilities, and cable/netflix/hbo. Please contact me to set up a meeting! Please no couples.
