This charming, sun-filled studio apartment situated in the most prime location at the intersection of the West Village and Meatpacking District. It is walking distance to NYC’s hottest attractions including the Highline, Chelsea Market, the Standard Hotel, Union Square, The Whitney Museum, Gansevoort Market & hundreds of great bars/restaurants.

The apartment is also just a few-minute walk to many different subway lines that will bring you to Times Square, Chelsea and Central Park in less than 10 minutes. The A-C-E & L lines are all at the end of the block. 1-2-3 line is 1.5 blocks away and F-M is 2.5 blocks away.

The space is isolated, quiet and comfortable despite its amazing location. It faces towards an interior garden area so it's perfectly quiet and cannot hear any street noise.

The space itself is well positioned as a studio and has one large, long room that can be subdivided to create the effect of multiple rooms within the same apartment. I divided it so that one section was a bedroom, one section was a TV room and one section was an office. The apartment also has a small kitchen that is sectioned off from the rest of the apartment, which makes it feel more like a one bedroom rather than a studio. The kitchen has a full size fridge, gas stove top and oven. It has ample room for a rack and a small storage cart.

The large interior hallway and closet provide plenty of access to potential storage.

Lastly, the building has washer and dryer that are accessible in the basement and are available to all tennants who pay an additional $15 per month.

AC is handled through a window unit. Heat is centrally controlled and works very well.

The building doesn't allow pets or smoking.

Additional fees

Subleaser needs to submit $100 application fee to the property management company. This is NON-Refundable.

One of the following:
1) valid photo ID (driver’s license, passport or other US Government issued ID)
2) first two pages of last year’s tax return or W2 form
3) last two pay stubs
4) two previous bank statements
5) letter from your employer stating your salary, position and length of employment on company letterhead and signed by an officer of your company (If you are seeking employment, you must provide an updated copy of your resume. If you are self-employed, you must provide a letter and a phone number from your CPA stating earnings and position. Verbal & written verifications of all employment references
6) school registration, dated student ID or a bursar’s receipt if you are a student, or were a student last year
7) Teal estate tax, school tax, water/ sewer bill, copy deed, or mortgage statement if you are a homeowner
