We are relocating out of the city for a new job and need to find a qualified tenant to take over the lease from us.

The apartment is fairly large (~750-800 sq. ft.) with an open layout, located two blocks from the Q train and a 5-7 minute walk from 4-5-6 trains (express stop).

It is on a tree lined street facing the backyard (quiet and peaceful in the apartment); at the same time it is a stones throw from all the bars and restaurants on second avenue. We've lived here for three years and have not fully explored all the restaurants in the 3-4 block radius.. there is always something new in the immediate neighborhood!

The apartment is in a brownstone walkup on the 2nd floor, with laundry in the building.

The living room is large with two large windows and an open kitchen. The bedroom is as big as the living room and comes with two closets, one of which is a fairly large 4ft X 6ft walk-in closet. In addition, there are two other closets in the apartment - one coat closet and another linen closet.

Overall, we've lived in this apartment for three years and loved it! I hope you will too.

The move-in date is flexible, can push to November 1st if needed.
