The building has a full gym (no additional fees), easily accessible washers/dryers on the 2nd floor, a dry-cleaning window located in the lobby, and a rooftop with views of the Hudson, the Statue of Liberty, the Freedom Tower, and even the Brooklyn Bridge. The roof is open all day with several furnished lounging areas and most say it is the best view they've seen in Manhattan. The apartment has a kitchen with a full-size dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The living room is fully furnished (with a TV). The available bedroom has a large closet, several outlets, and views of the city from the 30th floor through a large window. Since it is so high up, the room has great lighting.

I will be moving out of my apartment September 23rd. The sublet will start on October 1st, but we are open to having a subletter move in earlier than October 1st free of charge upon request.My roommate, Charlotte, will continue to live in our apartment with the subletter. Charlotte is a young professional who graduated from Georgetown a year ago. Charlotte works at a documentary production company. She is a great roommate who keeps the apartment and her belongings clean. Her work hours are typically 9:30am until anywhere between 6:30pm and 10pm. She likes to cook, hang out with friends, and spend time going to museums and restaurants around the city.
