Surrounded by famous musical theaters and within 0.1 mile to the nearest subway station C/E/1 and many other lines also within 0.2~0.3 miles.

24-hour doorman. Laundry in the building. Rooftop has an amazing view. Gym is available for use at extra amenity fees.

Water is covered in the rent.

Safety deposit is $3125. Sublet/assignment is subject to approval by the apartment management of the application for sublease/assignment. There is one time fee for application and for sublet/assignment.

No smoking or substance use in the studio. The building is generally quiet.

This apartment does not currently have window guards for children so might need accommodation to install it if the law requires for the sublessee/assignee's situation. If you need to bring in cats/dogs, please tell before signing sublease/assignment.

Can come with furnishing at some additional cost for the furniture, in which case you will be purchasing them in "as is" condition.
