There is a washer and dryer in the building and plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. Living room furniture cost to be split with roommate. Utilities (electricity & internet) are about $100/month. All other utilities are included in the price of the rent.

Location: The apartment is in a great location (on 55th and Lexington) - only a 2 min walk to 53rd/Lexington subway station (E/M/6), 5 min walk to 59th/Lexington (4/5/6/N/R/W), 15 min subway ride to Penn Station, 15-20 min walk to Times Square and Bryant Park, 10 min walk to Central Park and 5 min walk to 5th Ave where all the shopping is!
