Cute 1bd/balcony E Williamsburg Oct 2018-May 2019 (with possibility for longer) Bright and cozy 1 bed/1 bath with large windows, Juliet balcony and a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen solution. Close to many nice restaurants and bars, 15 min walk to Bedford Ave, 10 min walk to L train at Graham Ave which takes you to Union Square in 10 min. The apartment is for starters available for 1 year/13 months (Jul 2019 - Aug 2020) while owner is away for work. However, there is a possibility it will be extended and hence that the rental contract can be extended. $2500/month includes all furniture, kitchen equipment etc. (all utilities; gas, electricity, heat, wifi etc, is also included for $2690). The only thing I do not have is a TV, since I never found a need for it in this city (at least not yet). There is a laundry in the basement and a professional laundry right across the road (only a tad bit more expensive, but they fold your clothing!). There is also a roof deck and a back yard. Since I will be away only for a limited amount of time, I will leave most of my stuff in the apartment. I will of course, however, tidy it away and leave as much as possible room in closets etc. for the tenant.
