I am looking for a queer-friendly and kid-friendly roommate to live with me and my very active and charming toddler girl in a big 2 BR apartment with balcony in an elevator building in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Great building, great neighbors, great balcony! Possibility of taking over my lease eventually.
Well-placed between Franklin Ave and Washington Ave, capturing the best of dining and drinks the neighborhood has to offer. Lots of stuff for families, near all train lines but the F, D and N. Literally near every other train. Nanny share happens in our apartment most days, but could be flexible depending on needs and situation. My daughter is at preschool 2 mornings/week and moving to full-time preschool over the next year.

I am a busy, hard-working, professional single mom.
What I'm looking for: A clean, considerate, responsible roommate who likes kids!
I am a physical therapist and enjoy health, fitness, nature, eating well and now that the weather is nice will probably be out enjoying the weather every opportunity I can!

No smokers, no parties, this is the home of a child. Be responsible and considerate. Rent is $1080 plus utilities. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Need 1st, last and security deposit. Need at least 2 references.
