Lease is until September 8th with an option to renew. The bedroom is considered large for Manhattan standards. It currently has a queen size bed, dresser, two night stands, and a corner desk with a computer. The bedroom also has a mounted 46" LED TV. Master bedroom has two closets and one of them is a nice sized walk in closet. The two other guys living there are clean, respectful and very easy going. One of them is in his final semester at Baruch College; and the other is a Syracuse graduate who works for an investment property firm. The common areas are fully furnished and stocked. This is a dining table alcove along with a L shaped couch and a 55" TV in the living room.
