This apartment is occupied through August 31st, 2021. There has been no opportunity to shoot our typical comprehensive media campaign on this unit which includes video, 3D tours, new digital photos & a new floorplan.

Barkoff Residential works hard to provide a full media website on every offering we put out for rent and/or for sale especially these days. The opportunity is not always there. We sometimes must wait for the tenants to move-out and then have the turnover work done. From that point, it can still take up to 3 weeks before the media is published. Bottom line is its more challenging to get this done for rentals as they typically move quickly and with extraordinarily little turnover time especially in the middle of the summer rental season.
