Very convenient and spacious apartment share in Midtown West (53rd and 8th). Luxury building with elevator, 24/7 doorman, gym and laundry room. There's free coffee/tea in a hangout space.

This listing is for the shared room, which easily fits a queen sized bed, small table, nightstand and bureau. The entire apartment is 712 sq. feet with the flexed bedroom being about 12 x 12 feet.

My current roommate is a very polite, friendly 30something professional woman. You must be female, employed and easy going.

Incentives

Happy to leave some apartment furnishings (bureau, nightstand a Queen sized Ikea bed) for cheap. Will also give you my pre-paid gym card for the building. However, you must take these things will you or throw away by June 30th if you don't renew the lease

Additional fees

$50 application fee owed to the building for a background check.

I would need first month's rent upfront and a security deposit.

Other info

You would need to be fully moved out by June 30th as the lease is ending OR to renew on your own.
