Reduced Rent: On the building's website, you'll see that they are marketing the exact same apartment for $3,800/month but because it is a lease transfer, you will get the benefit of our lease terms for $3,450/month with the option to renew in July to extend your lease.


Flexible Move-In Date: You can start the lease as early as March 1 through March 31.


Free Furniture: You have the option to keep some of the furniture for free but there is no obligation if you'd like the apartment empty.

Additional fees

We will reimburse the $100 application fee that is charged by the building if you qualify for the apartment. You must make 45 times rent in annual pre-tax income. Guarantors are allowed.
