Property Details

I am looking for a responsible person to to take over my lease either on March 15 or April 1st, or somewhere in between (move-in date negotiable). The lease ends in Sept. 30, and will have the option to sign a new lease at the end.

THERE IS NO BROKER OR APPLICATION FEE (except credit check)! And my security deposit will transfer to you so you won't have to put down a deposit!
