Property Details

I am looking for someone to take over my studio and sign a new lease beginning January, 2016/01/01.

The apartment building:
The apartment is at a prime location. It is close to A,C,E,N,Q,R,F lines, all kinds of boutique stores, Columbus Circle, and a block away from central park. It is right at the heart of Manhattan.
It is a doorman building with two elevators, and laundry in building. Super is here every day.

Studio:
I could fit in a small desk, a full size bed, two wardrobes, a twin size futon, two shelves, and shoe racks. Plus, a walk-in closet, and the restroom is huge.
I took most pictures before I moved in. In those pictures, the A/C unit is old. They replaced the A/C unit, so the A/C is brand new. Please find the picture with the bed. There you would be able to see the new A/C unit.
