Hi, I'm looking to sublet my room starting from Dec 15th with a potential to take over my lease til the end of August 2016 (lease takeover preferred, but will consider short term sublet at least 1 month). You'll be living with a young professional lady. The apt is in upper east side (60's) and is a two-level apt. It's a 2/2 and you'll be taking over my room which is the entire second floor!! It is very spacious with bathroom and a closet inside the room, so it's awesome if privacy is one of your key criteria. We have large living room and a full kitchen with a dish washer. My roommate's room in on 1 1/2 floor and she has her own bathroom. We're on 4th floor with elevator and super, no doorman, and the hallway is just renovated. The rent is $2,000 plus utilities with one month security deposit, no fees. It's very conveniently located near Bloomingdales, Home depot and other essentials. Subway 4,5,6,N,Q,R and F.
