Landlord owns the building and has a super that visits daily - he also checks in a few times a week - both of them are VERY nice. they also have a woman that helps with applications and lives in Union square who is avail for emergencies (I locked myself out one night and she responded immediately)

approval is easier than most - no guarantor required, good credit not needed, lease length flexible

EXCELLENT location - East village near Astor place and Union square, a short block from the L train, and the N/Q/R and 4/5/6 are less than 10 min walk away at Union Square, or a few min ride on the L train, the N/R and 6 trains at Astor place are also less than 10 min walk away, also a block from the M15 bus, two short blocks from the M15-Select+ north and one avenue block from the M15-Select+ south (see map below)

shops, stores, eateries and boutiques all around since it's the east village.

these apartments have been $2500 including 100 for a long time and I asked about rent increase and they said they don't anticipate any increase in rent as long as you are a good tenant. A 12 months lease (or longer) would still be $2500 and if you renewed next year most likely would be the same. NO PETS
