I'll be leaving NYC this November and am therefore handing over my half of a lease for a room in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room is available from Dec 1 (or as early as Nov 22) for the lease takeover. The lease will end on April 30th with the possibility to renew for another year.

The room is in a spacious, furnished, 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Upper West Side. The apartment has been recently renovated and has a brand new kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steal appliances.
You would be sharing the apartment with my roommate who is in her mid-twenties and works in advertising in NYC.

Bedroom is large, sunny and spacious with hardwood floors and two closets.

The apartment is located in the Upper West Side and close to restaurants, bars, central park, riverside park and grocery stores.
