Hi! I'm looking for someone to take my room for the spring semester from Jan. 1 - end of May It's located in the Financial District (about a 5 min. walk from Fulton St Station with 2,3,4,5,A,C) and is close by South Street Seaport as well. The apartment is a 3-bedroom converted on the 8th floor and the two other current tenants are two sophomore guys at NYU; the room I'm offering is the converted for $1500/month, but it's fully furnished (full sized bed with built-in storage, dresser, desk and desk chair, nightstand, lamp, plus your own closest). The building has a lot of great amenities including: free gym, a laundry room, lounges, and 2 amazing rooftop decks on the 53rd floor. Message me for more info/pictures if you're interested! Due to the layout of the apartment it's difficult to view the whole room so message me if you really want to see the whole room and I will try and move some things around to get it.
