Spacious bedroom available in a three bedroom converted loft with 15' ceilings in a historic loft building. Bed is also lofted with a seating area below. Giant living space, one bath, and full kitchen as well. Everything is furnished. Laundry in the basement. Nearby G (Norman Ave) and L trains (Graham, Lorimer, Bedford). Plenty of restaurants and bars close by!

I'm a professional bartender/dancer moving to New Orleans for a few months! There may be an option to extend your stay as I am considering moving there permanently. One roommate is also in the service industry and the other designs menswear. They're both cool, low key dudes. I prefer to have someone who will be on the neater end of tidiness as I wouldn't want to impose on them while I'm away.

References would be great but not required. Ideally, payment for all two months up front but open to negotiation.
