I'm looking for a responsible and friendly individual to take over my half of a lease on March 1st. I've absolutely loved living in this neighborhood and apartment and would like to pass on this amazing find to a new tenant as I plan to move in with my significant other.
About the Apartment: The apartment is off of the 7th Avenue F &G stop in the heart of Park Slope. With about a 20-30 minute commute to Manhattan and 2 block proximity to Prospect Park, this unit is much cheaper than similar apartments in the area. The unit is a two bedroom with a full kitchen, washer/dryer in-unit, hardwood floors, and exposed brick. The available room has two large windows and south-facing with plenty of natural light in the daytime. It can comfortably fit a queen-size bed, dresser, desk, etc. My lease expires in October but there's an option to renew a lease if desired.
Ideally I'd like to find someone in their 20s/30s, professional, and easy-going to fill my half of the lease as my roommate is all of the above. First, last, and security (flexible) needed to move in along with a standard sublease agreement.
