The apartment is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom with a huge basement space (15'x20') private backyard, only accessible from our unit, and a beautiful kitchen.

The other two roommates both go to Pratt Institute. One is a female Graduate student and the other is a male Undergraduate student.
