Walking distance to Columbia Hospital and 20 minutes to Midtown and Ft Tryon Park.
Reasons for leaving
We both are actor/musicians and we are on contracts out of the New York area for the next 6 months.

Refundable $500 deposit and an additional deposit if there are any pets.

I put a lot of work into making the place a really comfortable place to live. To be honest I really miss our apartment, and I know you'll love it.
