This is a private one bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment in the East Village. The apartment is duplex style, with two floors. There are two rooms in the lower floor, which is where the private room is located. You would be sharing the apartment with 2 young professional females.

The room fits full or queen sized bed, small couch and/or desk. bookcase, and room for extra storage.

You would pay your share of internet and electric. Which is less than $45/month.

There are many restaurants and bars in the area.
The L train is a less than 5 minute walk; 10 minutes walk Union Square.
Trader Joes is about a 10 minute walk, there is also another grocery store that is a block away. Laundry is less than a 5 minute walk away.
