I absolutely love this apartment but I am moving out to live with my boyfriend. Looking for someone to start a new lease beginning March 1, for 1 or 2 years. This apartment is a medium/large studio in Nolita, in a boutique luxury building (on my favorite street in Manhattan). The studio has two good-sized closets, a full separate kitchen, and a recently renovated bathroom with marble walls, a large 3-panel mirror and vanity lights. The apartment has two large windows, giving it tons of light. The building itself has two elevators, laundry in the building and a parking garage which is accessible from the basement. The neighborhood is the best in NYC, close to tons of amazing shops, bars and restaurants.
