Hello!

I'm moving out of my 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Park Slope, one block away from Barclays Center (B,Q,2,3,4,5,D,N,R....). My room is $979 a month, plus utilities which usually are around $50. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

The current roommates are both busy young professionals, between 25-35, who work very busy schedules and are hardly home. The apartment is queer friendly. No smoking inside the apartment, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside.

This is a lease takeover--you will be on the lease until the end of its term (in August) with the option to stay on for another year at that time. There's no fee.

You must have good credit + proof of steady income.

My bedroom currently fits a twin sized bed, a futon, and a bookshelf, with not much room left. There's a large closet in the room itself, too.

Honestly, the room is cheap for the location and the transportation is amazing. I used to work in FiDi and my commute was 10 minutes (two stops on the 4,5). My job just changed and I'm moving somewhere more convenient.
