I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in this 4-bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located in prime Bushwick. You'll be living with 3 other guys in their mid-20's and early-30's who keep busy, so everyone is respectful of space and privacy in the apartment. It's a 4th floor walkup building that was renovated during the last two years. The building consists of primarily 20-somethings who throw fun parties on the rooftop on the weekends when it's warmer, so this building is great for meeting new people. The lease ends in June, but you'll have the option to renew the lease so it's great since it's a short-term commitment.

The unfurnished room includes a small closet, and it comfortably fits a full bed and a dresser. You also have access to the fire escape directly from your bedroom windows.

Please be prepared to pass a background and credit check when applying for the apartment. I can show the apartment after 7pm during the week, and at any time during the weekends.
