BUILDING: The apartment is primely located in the Upper East Side at E 77th & 2nd. It is a 3 bedroom penthouse/duplex in a walk up building. There is an automated doorman on the outside of the building for security and to buzz in yourself or guests. Mail is in the lobby. The super is live-in and is really responsive. There are two entrances to the apartment, one on the 5th floor (4 flights up) and one on the 6th floor (5 flights up). The building is filled with mostly young professionals. It's quiet and well kept.

ROOM: The bedroom is on the upper floor of the apartment. It is large for a UES bedroom, has a large window, and an actual walk in closet with shelves! It can fit any size bed (pictured is a full XL). I will be taking most of my furniture, so you'd need to be willing to buy a bed at least.

APARTMENT: As pictured, it has a spiral staircase, roomy kitchen, living room, DISH WASHER, WASHER/DRYER combo, and large, long balcony (only about 1/4 of it is pictured). The apartment is furnished as pictured, besides the bedroom.

ROOMMATES: My roommates are great & I'm sad to be leaving them. Both are in their early 20's. One works in fashion, the other runs an at home fashion business & nannys. They are usually working 8-8 and 9-5. There is also Moo Moo, an English bulldog who is super cute & friendly. He'll be sure to keep you company while you're home.

PRICING: There is a an app fee ($100) and a lease change fee ($500).
The bedroom is $1650/month due online by cc or an E-check by the 4th of every month. Some utilities are included.
