Property Details

The cozy private room is one of the two rooms on the second floor with a double-size bed. The tastefully decorated apartment is fully renovated & furnished. It's sunny and cozy with a separate entry on the side of the house. The room is comfortable with a lot natural sunlight during the day.

It also includes a shared kitchen, a living room, and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes microwaves, toaster oven, utensils, and coffee machine. Feel free to use anything that's available in our place. If you need anything else don't hesitate to ask.

The location is very convenient: 5 minutes walking distance from Q train Neck Road station. One and half blocks away from ave U -- a shopping street: supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.-- you'll find almost everything you need within a walking distance.

Close to Coney Island beach which famous of its New York Aquarium--the oldest continually operating aquarium in the United States, located on the boardwalk in Coney Island-- and Luna Park, the amusement park of Coney Island where it has fireworks every Friday night during the summer.

We have two lovely and friendly dogs. They love people, always wag their tails whenever you lay eyes on them. We will confine them on the first floor with us during your stay.
