5 minutes from Bedford L and Lorimer L, Metropolitan G . 10 minute walk to Marcy J.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, has security camera, central ac and heating, washer and dryer in unit.
I have 30 day subleasing contract requiring 30 days notice on both ends.
I take all payments via venmo. No I am not open to any other form of payment I like everything electronically.
I buy all the toilet paper, soap, etc via Amazon and send out itemized bills with utilities
The room is furnished with a queen sized bed and a dresser with a mirror and a nightstand.
