Room is furnished with dresser, bed frame and TV. Gas and water are included in rent. Electricity, cable, and wifi are an additional ~$70/month. Gym, tennis courts, and basketball courts included.

The open room is in the private bedroom of the 2-bedroom suite. The living room is converted into a third room which is occupied by another roommate. The 1.5 baths are shared and are expected to stay clean with a scheduled cleaner ($40) to come monthly. The building is newly renovated with new management that responds quickly to maintenance issues and overall customer experience related matters.

The room is open from the middle of February until the end of July when the lease ends (5.5 months).
