Hi all,

We are looking to fill one LARGE bedroom in our great 3 bedroom apartment in S Williamsburg. One of our roommates is moving in with her boyfriend and we're looking to sublet her room for the duration of our lease! Ideally the person would take over March 1st.

The room is big - can easily fit a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, maybe even a desk if you want. Has two large windows and a large closet as well.

The apartment itself is big for the area - large living room/kitchen combo area (dishwasher included) that gets a ton of natural light. The bathroom is very updated as seen in the picture (and has a fantastic shower). There is access to a backyard area that is shared by the building, but isn't something we have used too often.

Located in between the Lorimer L stop and the Marcy J/M/Z (5 minute walk to Marcy stop), there are lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby (with new ones coming in all the time) and it's a very short walk to Bedford and downtown Williamsburg area.

Rent is $1250 a month (has not increased in the three years we have lived here!) plus utilities (which at max are ~$75 a month for cable and electricity). Apartment stays nice and warm in the winter so we rarely if ever use the heat.

You'll be living with Jeff and Paul! Jeff is a freelance film editor who enjoys playing soccer, biking all over the city, cooking and good conversation. He is laid-back and very easygoing. Paul is a Talent Initiatives Manager for Out Leadership and also enjoys playing soccer, going to the gym, watching movies, hanging with friends and generally just enjoying life in New York.
