This bldg. is TRUMP PLACE and is exquisitely maintained. I have a jewel of a studio apartment with a complete unobstructed river view. I love my apt. and hope that whomever stays here will feel like it is their home. You will see in the pictures the purple cotton suede couch which opens up in to a queen size air bed with a separate memory foam you can put on top if you so desire. The pictures should be self explanatory, I will be happy to answer any questions you have. I will also always be available to you, once you rent the apt. by phone with whatever needs you have. The maintenance crew in the bldg. is amazing and if you need anything fixed they will come up immediately within the day, many times immediately. I am not exaggerating! This is a temporary sublet . If someone needs it monthly I can accommodate that but my preference is Dec-March. The amenities in the bldg. are 24 hr. Concierge, Doorman, Live Security, many Washers and Dryers, a Gym. A cleaners and a housekeeping company. They are fabulous and I will tell you who to ask for. I ask that you leave my apt. the same way you find it which is immaculate. I will have it professionally cleaned before you arrive and would like you to do the same upon leaving. The neighborhood is beyond amazing. I am 4 blocks from Lincoln Center. In walking distance is Trader Joes, Fairway, Whole Foods and around the block is Jubilee Market. Three blks to Broadway is the # 1 train and there is a free shuttle in front of our bldg during the rush hrs to and from the 1,2,3 train station on 72nd Street. There is also a cross town bus across the street from my bldg.

You will find four movie theatres and Century 21, Zara, Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond etc. etc. in walking distance of the apt. I cannot say enough about the service of this bldg. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect. The concierge and doormen are like family.I am asking for 1 month security/ damage deposit fee.
