I am subleasing my room in an apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn (252 12th Street). The apartment is located in a great, safe neighborhood with access to tons of restaurants, stores, laundromats, gyms, and subway lines (F and G train are two blocks away). The kitchen has been newly remodeled. The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors and architectural details! My year-long lease began on August 10. The room is available until August 10, 2016. The rent is $1,450 per month. This includes water, but internet and electric cost around $100 per month. A security deposit and last month's rent will need to be paid upon moving in ($2,900 total) This is a great price for an even better neighborhood.
I am looking for a professional female to sublease my room.

The application fee for the leasing agent is $50
The leasing agent requires an application from any new tenant so the new tenant should expect a credit check and be expected to provide income validation.

Other info

The landlord may be open to changing the lease over to the new tenant. A full-size bed is available in the bedroom. The living room is furnished as well with a couch, chair, and two tables.
