I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in my Soho apartment for the month of September. The apartment is wonderful, directly above the 6 train with easy access to the NR, BDFM, and within walking distance to the E train.

The apartment is 2 bedrooms (my roommate will be occupying the other bedroom) and 1.5 baths so essentially you will have your own bathroom space with the exception of the shower which is shared.
The room available is large enough to fit a queen sized bed, a wardrobe, dresser, a nightstand and has a spacious closet. The room faces the street and has two large windows making the room nice and bright. The A/C unit is included for free. The apartment also has wifi and a full cable offering, utilities are not included in the rent number but usually come to around $80.

Minimum stay is 1 month ($1500) rent.
