I'm the current tenant looking for someone to replace my apartment (1 bedroom in walk up) in East Harlem/Yorkville area (101st Street between Lexington Ave & 3rd Ave). The landlord is very responsive/accessible. I'm sad to let this calming and naturally lit space behind. The building is quiet and neighbors, mostly young professionals, are friendly and respectful.

LOCATION
Quiet and friendly community in East Harlem/Yorkville, Manhattan, two blocks from 6 train 103rd St. stop and five blocks from 96th St. stop & crosstown bus, and a Starbucks). Conveniently located to stores, supermarkets, laundromats, cafes, delis, wine shop, and restaurants (Thai, French Moroccan & Italian spots on/around block). Move in August 1 or earlier.
