-you would apply for the building through the leasing office, and the rest of the process would be similar to starting a new lease
-I will have it professionally cleaned and inspected by the leasing office before you move in

I have zero complaints about this building- I am only leaving because I need a 1 bedroom unit now.

Please let me know if you have any questions. The high resolution pictures of the bathroom and kitchen are from the building website, but are the exact same finishes in this unit.
