We are going to be leaving our wonderful, large 1-bedroom (converted to 2) apartment around September 1. We are in Ruppert Towers on 90th & 3rd, which is a great building. The building has its own private playground (with sprinklers, picnic tables, tons of empty space for biking/scooting, etc.), laundry, a garage, 24 hr doormen, and a discount at nysc right outside. Our apartment is 825 sq feet, corner unit with tons of light, 13th floor with great views. Bedroom is huge, and the walls we put up to create our daughter's nursery still leave ample living space. The nursery and living room each have their own windows and AC/heat. No dogs. Rent includes heat, hot water, AND ELECTRICITY!! If you want to take over our lease, it would be $3100/month and would end next May. We could either leave up our walls for you or take them down before you move in. If you want to start your own year-long lease, it would be $3200/month and you would need to put your own walls up if you want to create a 2nd bedroom.
