Additional fees

Rate does not include any tax, this will be added on at time of signing the lease. A service fee of $100 is charged per stay for the upkeep of the unit such as appliances, move-out cleaning, WiFi, TV.
We charge a CC Processing Fee and ask for a $500 security deposit that is refunded after the tenant checks out.
The only paperwork required is the lease itself, which is all signed and submitted through a secure online system.
A credit check may be done.
We do ask for government issued ID and may request additional information for security reasons.
