At 16'2" × 17'10" it is bigger than the main bedroom, and it works very well as a main bedroom or guest room, or as a proper home office. There is also a large living room, a separate dining area, and two bathrooms. Storage is generous throughout: built-in closets in every room, plus a semi walk-in closet in the main bedroom's ensuite.

The building has a long amenity list: a sky-lit indoor pool, a 35,000 sq ft roof deck, and everything listed below, with Gantry Plaza State Park and the East River esplanade directly outside.

We are moving locally and looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease, which runs to June 30, 2027, at our current rent of $6,260/month. Available now: the exact move-in/start date can be coordinated with you, and will be pending Rockrose's approval of your application. No broker fee and no assignment fee.

Additional fees

- Income of 45× the monthly rent — $281,700/year documented income. Combined income counts for shared apartments.
- Guarantors are accepted at 75× the rent (tri-state), or you can use a lease bond through The Guarantors.
- Documents: employment verification letter, three most recent consecutive pay stubs, most recent bank statement, and government photo ID. Self-employed: CPA letter plus two tax returns.
- Application fee: $20 per person (background and credit check).
At signing: first month's rent plus a one-month security deposit — Rockrose's standard terms.
