HOW IT WORKS
We're open to either a lease assignment or a sublease, whichever suits you. With an assignment, you sign directly with The Brodsky Organization and take over the lease through August 31, 2027. With a sublease, you rent from us for the same period. Either way, the building approves applicants under its standard criteria; current Brodsky residents are not eligible. We can show it in person most evenings and weekends.

Additional fees

$20 application fee per applicant, paid to the building. No broker fee. For a lease assignment, the building collects a new security deposit from the incoming tenant. For a sublease, a security deposit of one month's rent ($6,380) is paid to us. Applicants submit the building's standard rental documents through its online application.
