Beautiful parquet wood floors and original 1920's purple tile in the bathroom. Huge tub that comfortably fits a 6' person.

Newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Radiator heat (included) with the ability to turn it off or on (the knob is not painted shut or broken off!).

Heat and hot water are included. Tenant pays gas (cooking), electric, and other utilities (I currently have Verizon wifi and pay $30/month for Fios).


The View:
This apartment faces Midtown, and you have a view the Empire State Building and Chrysler building. You will get to see sunsets every night.


The Location:
About a 4 minute walk from the 7, and near many bus stop locations (including two routes that go right into Midtown).

25 Minutes from Midtown on the 7.

Building is right next to a grocery store and post office. Also only a few minutes walk away from USPS.

Great restaurants + bars nearby, and I'd be happy to share my favorites with if you move in.

Applicants will be required to provide provide a copy of their US ID or passport, 3 most recent paystubs, 3 most recent bank statements, most recent tax return and a letter of employment. This will all be detailed in the application link that will be sent to interested applicants.
