Additional fees

The individual would need to apply and provide supporting documentation to show that they financially qualify for the apartment. There is a $20 application fee per applicant.

Upon approval, both parties would sign an assignment and assumption ending your responsibility and beginning theirs on an agreed date. After receiving the assignment and assumption form, we will send the lease with the new resident’s name for their signatures and adjust our system accordingly with their name on the responsibility start date.

The original security deposit will remain on file until the lease term ends. Please note: There is no final move-out inspection with this option. The incoming resident agrees to accept the apartment in its current condition, and management does not intervene or conduct any condition assessments. By proceeding, all parties acknowledge and accept these terms in advance.
