-On the second floor; only one floor walkup
-Modern kitchen, fully equipped, and with new stainless steel appliances. Equipped with a dishwasher (a rarity for NYC), full-size fridge and freezer, oven and stove top with 4 burners
-Laundry accessible in the basement
-Close to the subway (2 blocks from the express stop on the 1/2/3 line; entrance at 93rd St. Only 4 stops to 14th St.)
-Many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby in the heart of the Upper West Side
-Comfortable couch, queen size bed, and two large flat screen smart TVs; a 65-inch tv in the living room and a 55-inch tv in the bedroom.

The apartment has everything you would possibly need for a comfortable living environment. Quiet neighbors and great neighborhood. The sublet process would require approval (standard NYC application process and credit check). The rent is $3,900/month plus wifi and utilities. Heat and hot water are included. No pets and no couples please.
