Hi,

I'm renting out my amazing 3 bed 2 bath brownstone apartment in Bedstuy.

The space is a 2 storey, recently renovated apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and there is a garden and a balcony. The living space has an amazingly large open plan kitchen/living room with high quality kitchen appliances and a cooking island.
Kitchen appliances included: dishwasher, oven, cooking hob on gas, fridge/freezer, grill (outside)).
There is air conditioning throughout the apartment and a washer/dryer unit also. Bedrooms are all upstairs. The place is just a 3min walk from the Ralph stop on the AC train, which is incredibly convenient.

I'm looking for a tenant who is interested in either renting out the entire space, or moving in and sharing this space with me. Please let me know which would suit you best as I am flexible. There is some furniture currently, but I am in the middle of furnishing the place, so please let me know if you are bringing your own furniture. The main bedroom is currently unfurnished.
