Room Available in Bed-Stuy – Lease Takeover Starting February 1, 2027

Rent: $1,175/month + utilities
Location: Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn
Move-in Date: February 1, 2027 (flexible)

I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting February 1st, 2027!

The room gets great natural light and comes with a bed frame and dresser if you’d like to keep them, at no additional cost, since I’ll be leaving them behind anyway.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with my brother (21) and sister (34). They both work throughout the day, are very chill and easygoing, and are looking for someone who is respectful, keeps the shared spaces clean, and doesn’t bring the party home.

The apartment is relatively new and located in Bed-Stuy, with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. It’s also about a 15-minute walk to the A/C and G trains.

Flexible move-in option: If you’re looking to move in sooner, we can also arrange for you to sublease the room starting December 1, 2026. The room would be fully furnished during that time, with the possibility of taking over the lease in February.
