Hi everyone -
I’m relocating for a job opportunity starting 11/2/26 in DC and am urgently looking for someone to take over my lease.

It’s a comfortable apartment in an ideal location situated between Chelsea, Meat Packing, and West Village. Prime access to main subway lines within 1-2 avenue's away (ACE/L lines are right outside apartment). Walking is also a fast and easy option for the nearby multitude of restaurants, night life, and the west side highway.

The room available is the larger of the two in the apartment. My roommate is a 26 year old male who works in finance in Manhattan. He’s a great guy.

My bedroom will be unfurnished, the rest of the apartment is furnished.

Additional fees

Along with the filled out application, the landlord will require the following documents:
•    Application
•    Photo I.D.
•    Latest Tax Returns or W2’s (first two pages of the 1040 tax returns ONLY)
•    Recent Pay Stubs
•    Recent Bank Statements (the summary page of the Statement ONLY)
•    Landlord Reference Letter and Rent payment history (6 to 12months)
•    Letter of Employment Stating Salary
