I absolutely love this studio at 325 Kent Ave and genuinely would not be leaving if I hadn’t gotten a new job outside of New York.

The apartment is rent stabilized, and the price is honestly ridiculously good for Williamsburg/New York, especially for this building and location. The studio gets amazing natural light, and because it’s on a high floor, it’s incredibly quiet, I never hear any street noise. It also has an in-unit washer/dryer, two large closets, and tons of extra kitchen storage.

The location is one of my favorite parts. You’re right in front of Domino Park, about an 8-minute walk to Trader Joe’s and 4 minutes from Lincoln Market. Birdee Bakery is right across the street, and there are tons of great coffee shops, restaurants, and spots along Wythe and throughout Williamsburg. There are also several Citi Bike stations nearby.

The building has a great gym, amazing doormen who handle packages, visitor notifications, and everything else, plus complimentary shuttles to Bedford Ave and Marcy Ave stations in the mornings and evenings, which makes commuting super easy.

It’s genuinely such a special apartment for the price, location, amenities, and neighborhood. I’ve absolutely loved living here and am so sad to give it up!
