1. Required documents
a. Income verification (40x the monthly gross).
 If employed, provide two most recent paystubs and Last
years’ signed tax return (1040 pages suffice) OR last years’
W-2
 If starting a new job, provide a letter of employment
(dated within 30 days prior of the application) stating your
income.
 If self-employed, provide a letter from their accountant
stating your expected yearly income.
 We accept personal guarantors that are U.S. based with
income of 80x the monthly gross. Same income verification
documents stated above apply.
 Ask if we are able to proceed with an institutional
guarantor such as TheGuarantors, and Insurent.
b. Two most recent bank statements (U.S. based bank
