Very large primary bedroom, with room for a king bed, desk, bookcase and dresser. Second bedroom is much smaller, fitting a queen bed, small nightstand comfortably. Could perhaps fit a narrow dresser or bookcase. Primary and guest rooms each have two closets. The previous tenant did a 3-flex using the living room as third bedroom. The entry hall has two closets. The storage is quiet nice in the unit. The floors have been stained a darker grey-ish brown. Living room fits 3 person sofa, coffee table, pouf, small breakfast table and two chairs. Willing to share more photos of the unit decorated if that helps. I also have a small storage locker in the basement that I pay $75/month for and am happy to transfer that lease as well, if needed. Locker and storage room leases are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Basement offers 6 washing machines and 6 dryers that are shared by all residents. I've rarely had an issue with accessing an available machine in the 1.5 years I've lived here. The doormen and maintenance staff have all been here many years and take amazing care of the residents.
