Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Maxwell in Downtown Brooklyn, ideally starting November 1, 2026. The timing is somewhat flexible depending on your availability though.

I absolutely love this apartment and would honestly stay longer if I weren’t looking to move closer to the areas where I’ve realized I spend most of my time. I’ve had a great experience here and have had zero issues with the apartment or building. You have all the major train lines right next to you and a Trader Joe's and Target literally across the street.

This is a penthouse 1-bedroom on the 40th floor, with incredible views and amazing natural light. One of my favorite things about the apartment is that the resident lounge - it's literally right across the hall, so it feels like having an additional living room just steps from your door. The lounge has incredible Manhattan views and is a great space to use for working, relaxing, or having friends over.

Lease details:

- Lease runs through March 31, 2027
- Opportunity to renew directly with management after the lease ends
- New resident would need to complete the building’s application/approval process
